• E-Z Pay Plan: $1,195.00

The E-Z Pay Plan may be charged in 3 easy installments. The 1st installment of $195.00 is due at time of enrollment. The 2nd installment of $500.00 will be charged on October 15th. The remaining balance of $500.00 will be charged on January 15th.
